Main Responsibilities:

• Taking guest orders and ensuring timely delivery;
• Ensuring timely clearance of trays and utensils;
• Excellent knowledge of menu items including food and beverage ingredients and providing recommendations when needed;
• Maintaining cleanliness in the work area;
• Ensuring proper communication between the kitchen, order takers and service team members;
• Paying attention to guest comments and providing feedback to the appropriate department when necessary.

Required Skills:

• Previous work experience in a similar field will be considered an advantage;
• Education in the food and beverage field will be considered an advantage;
• Excellent command of English is a must;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Detail-oriented;
