Main responsibilities:

• Carry out the tasks of the Chef;
• Execute all orders impeccably, in accordance with the recipes;
• Take an active part in creating new recipes;
• Provide all necessary ingredients for preparing the dish;
• Follow the rules for using inventory and tools;
• Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen, together with other kitchen staff;
• Monitor kitchen equipment and appliances;

• Describe and implement the order of supplies;

Required skills:

• Experience in a similar position;
• Professional education in the direction of beverages and food (considered an advantage);
