Responsibilities:

• Managing the team of remote channel managers;
• Participating in planning and implementation of large projects (conducting negotiations, controlling the technical side, project implementation);
• Monthly reporting to large corporate clients;
• Managing existing portfolios and ensuring issues related to policies;
• Responding to requests and providing information from different channels;
• Providing potential insured persons with detailed information about the products;
• Working on the insurance program;
• Other tasks and responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

• Proficient English is a must;
• Ability to work with a computer and knowledge of office programs (MS Office);
• Experience in the insurance sector is desirable;
• Experience in team management will be considered an advantage;
• Communication and teamwork skills;
• Organization and a sense of responsibility.
