The "2 Steps" chain of stores announces a vacancy for the position of ERP Support Specialist.

Workplace: Tbilisi, Isani, Navtlugi st. 39/41

Work schedule: 5 days a week, according to work shifts

Function-Responsibilities:

Daily monitoring of the reflection of network sales in the 1C program and troubleshooting;
Diagnostics of failures caused by various errors and, if necessary, correction of the information base;
Control and zeroing of the sizes of existing retail databases;
Installation of the program for new users, determination of access levels for them based on the specifics of the work;
Elimination of errors identified on the basis of periodic monitoring of the program by the head of the support group;
Preparation for the opening of new facilities in terms of software;
Participation in testing the program before each update of the program and before the commissioning of a new module in order to identify and correct possible errors;
Support and consultation of employees on issues related to software;
Compilation of various types of reports based on the requests of program users;
Monitoring of the existing support portal in the company, in order to resolve support issues recorded by users.
Support of internal applications existing in the company.

Vacancy Requirements:

Higher education (bachelor's or equivalent academic degree in technical or information technology);
1 year of experience in a similar professional field;
General knowledge of computer architecture and operating system (MS Windows XP\7\8\10);
Experience in working with 1C ERP-UP or 1C systems is desirable;
Experience in working with computer and POS (point of sale) peripherals is desirable;
