Main Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming phone  calls to the clinic
• Answering incoming questions on Facebook
• Making preliminary appointments with doctors  for patients ( website, phone and facebook) 
• Solving problems arising during the service process
• Recording and monitoring calls in the program. If necessary, redirecting the call

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Knowledge of Russian and English languages
• Knowledge  of office programs

• Clear speech;
• Detail -oriented;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Communicative;
