Position Title: Information Security Senior Analyst

Location: Tbilisi, Head Office

Position Type: Full Time

Department: Risk Management Department

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage information security governance by providing direction and support and review measures to ensure that information assets are identified and suitably protected throughout the Bank
Lead continuous development, implementation and update of security and privacy frameworks, policies, standards, guidelines, processes and procedures in compliance with NBG regulations, NIST's Cyber Security Framework, etc.
Develop information security management practices aligned with the Bank’s strategy and recommend for approval to governing body
Review and monitor compliance with the information security policy’s principles by conducting assessment of the Bank’s processes
Review, approve and monitor all information security related requests to access authorizations
Monitor information systems logs and configuration changes and network activity
Detect and identify vulnerabilities of IT systems based on permanent monitoring
Organize and perform security tests of data processing operations, operating systems, networks and related processes and functions
Establish and maintain controls over administrator actions for critical systems and databases
Investigate information security incidents and coordinate their remediation, escalation and reporting to relevant governing bodies
Manage execution of penetration test and ensure closing of vulnerability gaps
Assist information asset owners in assessing their data in terms of sensitivity and advise available controls
Provide consultation in terms of desired level of information security throughout the Bank
Participate in implementation and testing of the Bank’s business continuity plan
Recommend Information Security control improvement and ensure implementation of approved ones
Initiate, facilitate, and promote activities to foster information security awareness within the Bank

Qualifications Required:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields

Work Experience:

Minimum 3 years of banking experience in Information Security
Experience of working in information technologies is highly desirable
Demonstrated experience in developing IT procedures and policies

Languages:

Fluent in Georgian
C1 knowledge level of English (written and spoken)
Technical knowledge and skills:
IT Security certificate is preferred
