Location: Tbilisi, Davit Aghmashenebeli Alley #216.
Job Type: Full time, Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00 -18:00;
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Be the ambassador for customer satisfaction;
- Coordinates customer complaints of dealership and analyzes these complaints to define topics that have to be addressed;
- Analysis of customer data and customer data quality;
- Conducts analysis of all current CRM activities at dealership;
- Identifies and agrees on customer touch points and responsibilities;
- Reviews customer touch points and identifies potential improvements;
- Conducts regular assessments of customer touch points and ensures continuous improvement;
- Responsibility for the implementation and targets of CRM standards;
- Evaluates existing CRM processes as lead management, complaint management, campaign management and customer data management and supporting systems, fit/gap analysis;
- Continuous monitoring and optimization of CRM processes (e.g. lead follow up, lead conversion rates).

Education Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business management, Marketing and IT or related field;
