Currently, we are looking for a top German Speaking Client Success Manager for our key client, which is a Berlin, Germany-based company, which is a specialized recruiting marketplace connecting global top talents with companies through a strong freelancer recruiter community. They collaborate with the most employee-friendly companies across Germany & Europe, and match them with specialized freelance recruiters in their community.
Currently, we are looking for a German Speaking Client Success Manager to contribute to our client’s team to develop strong client relationships and accompany them from beginning to the end of the hiring process. You will have access to a pool of 300+ freelance recruiters to generate a solid candidate pipeline.
As a German Speaking Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Building up strong relationships with clients and increasing the footprint
- Guiding clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition onto the platform and providing comprehensive training on recruitment tools and services
- Actively and professionally discovering clients’ needs, summarizing them in detail and passing them onto the freelancer recruiters to ensure they have the means to find the right candidates
- Being a solid bridge between clients and freelance recruiters to enable a smooth communication and a fast hiring process
- Addressing any client concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner, working closely with the Founders to ensure a positive client experience
- At least 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles within the recruitment industry
- Being able to provide timely and professional advice based on real market feedback to clients
- Open-minded and empathetic attitude towards client and team needs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented startup environment
- English language upper intermediate (B2) is a must
- German language proficiency (C1) is a must
