About the Project

Currently, we are looking for a top German Speaking Customer Service Representative for our key client, which is a Berlin, Germany-based company, specializing in developing advanced software solutions for businesses worldwide. Our client company operates in multiple sectors, providing tailored software solutions to meet the diverse needs of its clients.


Your Duties:


As a German Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:


  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat.

  • Handling complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively and professionally.

  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.

  • Staying updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their feedback is addressed.

  • Assessing support statistics and preparing detailed reports on the findings

Requirements: 


  • At least 3 years of experience providing customer service support

  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques

  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to think strategically and be a problem solver

  • Self-motivated and adept at independent work

  • German language proficiency (C1) is a must

  • English language upper intermediate (B2) is a must
