About the Project

Currently, we are looking for a top German Speaking Virtual Assistant for our key client, which is a Berlin, Germany-based company, specializing in developing advanced software solutions for businesses worldwide. Our client company operates in multiple sectors, providing tailored software solutions to meet the diverse needs of its clients.


Your Duties:


As a German Speaking Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and organizing schedules, appointments, and meetings for clients

  • Handling email correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally

  • Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and document preparation

Requirements: 

  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Self-motivated and adept at independent work

  • German language proficiency (C1) is a must

  • English language upper intermediate (B2) is a must
