the position: Office Manager - Crewing Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office doc flow management
- Work with companies
Data-bases.
- Phone call reception and
management
- Travel arrangements -
hotels, ferries, flights
- Front office assistance,
customer and supplier relationship management Meeting and event
coordination
- Effective office management
- office supply stock management, invoice registration and management,
financial planning
- Execution of other tasks
which management may impose from time to time
Skills Required / Desired:
- Minimum A-level education
(completed secondary school)
- Excellent communication
skills, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn
- Ability to work in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in both English and
Georgian is required, and knowledge of Russian is considered an advantage.
