About the Project

Currently, we are looking for a top Financial Data Entry Specialist for our key client, a Switzerland-based company, which is a young and growing property sales, construction, and holiday rental management company that manages 45+ homes and chalets in the 4 Valleys, primarily in La Tzoumaz Switzerland. Their company values hard work, creativity, and having fun in a job that makes people smile. They believe there is always a better way to do things and don’t just do things “the way they’ve always been done.” We are in search of a Financial Data Entry Specialist to contribute to our client’s team by inputting data, verifying payment accounts, and ensuring all accounts are accurate and up-to-date with the corresponding data. You will work closely with the CEO and liaise with their financial company to ensure everything is in order. The finance team consists of 6 dynamic individuals and the total operation includes approximately 60 motivated professionals.

Your Duties:

As a Financial Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately entering financial data into the system

• Ensuring all payment accounts are accurate and up-to-date

• Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data

• Working directly with the CEO of the company

• Translating data between the company’s operational systems and what needs to be provided to accountants

• Working closely with different kinds of payment and booking platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Stripe, etc.
  

Requirements: 

• At least 1 year of experience in finance or financial studies

• Basic understanding of finance and the industry

• Familiarity with specific tools such as ERP, HRMS, Sales, ATS, CRM, etc

• Proficiency in using Excel or Google Sheets

• Fundamental understanding of accounting principles

• Ability to communicate effectively and understand business terminology

• English language upper intermediate (B2) is a must

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of French, German or Dutch
