About the Project

Currently, we are looking for a top B2B Sales Development Representative for our key client, a Belgium-based company, which is a leading B2B enterprise SaaS company specializing in the digitalization of the automotive claims process. Their innovative platform streamlines the entire claims management process, offering a seamless experience for leasing companies, insurance firms, fleet managers, loss adjusters, and body shops. With over 20 years of experience, they are a market leader in the Benelux region and are expanding across Europe, providing solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. 

We are in search of a B2B Sales Development Representative to contribute to our client’s team with experience in SaaS solutions, preferably within the automotive industry. You will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for the company. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers from scratch, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings or calls for their sales executives.

Your Duties:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing Linkedin for Lead Generation
  • Searching and identifying potential leads within a consolidated market (5-10 companies per country)
  • Approaching operational directors, CIT managers, or similar roles in leasing companies
  • Proactively prospecting and generating new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, attending industry events, and leveraging social media
  • Engaging with outbound leads, qualifying their interest and needs, and setting up meetings or calls with their sales executives
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor insights
  • Nurturing relationships by following up consistently and providing relevant information to potential customers
  • Maintaining accurate records of activities and prospects in the CRM system
  • Working closely with marketing and sales teams to align on campaigns, messaging, and overall sales strategy
Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a B2B Sales Development Representative in SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets
  • Proficient in using HubSpot for CRM 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
  • English language advanced level (C1) is a must
