Tax Auditor
We are pleased to announce a vacancy for a Tax Auditor position within Kreston Georgia, a member firm of Kreston Global, a leading network of independent accounting firms around the world.
For this vacancy, the company welcomes a specialist with knowledge and experience in the field of tax audit, who will join and strengthen the tax audit direction team.
Location: Tbilisi (in exceptional cases, business trips to the cities of Georgia are possible).
Employment: Full time (Monday-Friday), part-time hybrid mode is possible (1-2 days of remote work).

Main responsibilities:
- Performing tax audit projects based on relevant legislation (including tax legislation, International Financial Reporting Standards);
- Preparing tax audit conclusions;
- Providing tax consultations and preparing recommendation letters;
- Participating in tax dispute proceedings and preparing complaints;
- Coordinating project planning and implementation with the head of the tax audit direction;
- Delegating tasks to junior team members involved in the project and supervising, consulting, and instructing on the work performed.
Main requirements:
- Higher education (in business administration / economics / finance);
- At least 2 years of experience working as a tax auditor;
- High level of knowledge of Georgian tax legislation (including recent changes);
- High level of proficiency in MS Word and Excel;
- English language proficiency at least at C1 level;
- Knowledge of accounting and International Financial Reporting Standards;
- Basic knowledge of accounting programs (Oris, Fina, Info, 1C);
- Ability to work and manage a team;
- ACCA modules passed will be considered an advantage;
