Main responsibilities: 

• Managing the daily activities of the restaurant;
• Active communication with the consumer, correct settlement of their requests/wishes/complaints;
• Management and control of all spheres of the restaurant;
• Establishing and coordinating the change of employees;
• Evaluation of employees' work and improvement of their productivity; 
• Control over the observance of sanitary and hygienic standards; 
• Training of existing and new employees; 
• Reporting on income and expenses; 
• Strong leadership, motivation and communication skills;
