The company will provide you with all the necessary training and trainings for full-scale involvement in the work process.
Main responsibilities:
- Receiving/processing incoming calls and providing customer service in compliance with standards;
- Appropriate response in case of contacting the user for a reason of dissatisfaction, acting in accordance with the user complaint management policy and/or providing assistance within the competence;
- Identification of technical failures, timely response and informing the relevant departments/persons.
- Implementation of outgoing call, if necessary.
Qualification requirements:
- Priority will be given to experience in a call center or/and in the service sector;
- Refined communication and speech skills;
- Knowledge of English or/and Russian.
