About the role:
Currently, we are looking for a top Account Manager for our key client, a UK-based company that is a major innovation-driven and straight-talking telephony provider to wholesale, enterprise, reseller and businesses in the UK and USA. With over 27 years of experience, they are committed to transparency and fairness, advocating for an open telecommunications marketplace that prioritizes their customers' interests. Their close-knit team is primarily based in the UK, with a few members joining them from other parts of the world.
We are looking for an Account Manager who will be at the core of our client company's operations, focusing on customer retention, onboarding, and ensuring smooth communication on commercial matters.
Your duties:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Maximizing revenue from each customer by identifying and leveraging opportunities.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with clear and open communication on all commercial matters.
- Expediting the onboarding process from contract signing to service activation.
- Serving as a subject matter expert on onboarding, improving efficiency, and reducing friction.
- Supporting and providing backup for the new business sales team as needed.
- Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role.
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and excel in the role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- English language upper intermediate level (B2) is a must.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Telecoms.
- Experience in Sales or Customer Support.
