ROOMS TBILISI announces a vacancy for the position of Room Service Attendant

Main responsibilities:

Taking guest orders and ensuring their timely delivery;
Ensuring timely removal of trays and utensils;
Thorough knowledge of menu items, including food and beverage ingredients and providing recommendations when needed;
Maintaining cleanliness in the work area;
Ensuring proper communication between the kitchen, order takers, and service team members;
Listening to guest comments and informing the appropriate department when necessary.

Required skills:

Experience in a similar field will be considered an advantage;
Education in Food and Beverage will be considered an advantage;
Excellent command of English is a must;
Teamwork ability;
Excellent communication skills;
Detail-oriented;
