„Abano Group“ announces a vacancy for the following position: Administrator (Receptionist).
Job location: Tbilisi
Work schedule: 7-hour working day
Compensation: 1000₾-1500-2000₾ GEL (with growth prospects, depending on the candidate's qualifications)
Functions and Responsibilities:
- Receiving and systematic recording of telephone and online bookings;
- Courteous communication with guests and prompt and effective response to their requests;
- Providing guests with all necessary information, familiarizing them with instructions and providing administrative support;
- Carrying out cash and non-cash salary operations in accordance with the company's processes;
- Performing various administrative tasks.
Qualification Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian;
- Knowledge of Excel is considered an advantage;
- Effective communication skills;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to work in a busy environment.
