The purpose and main direction of the Service Receptionist position is to provide timely and efficient service to the customer, to quickly and accurately identify the problem of the car, and to plan/manage the corresponding work.

Main responsibilities:

• Fast and timely customer service in accordance with the standards established in the company;
• Determining the time required for the service for the customer, providing information about the prices, and planning the corresponding work;
• Registering the customer in the program system and preparing the corresponding documentation;
• Preliminary inspection of the received car upon registration (going for a test drive if necessary);
• Planning customer visits and managing preparatory work;
• Control over the time and quality of the service work performed;
• Informing the customer about the need for additional work identified by the service;
• Control over the payment of the appropriate cost for the services provided to the customer;
• Informing the customer about the current promotions in the company;
• Supervision of logistic processes of parts and accessories;
• Continuous analysis and monitoring of the services provided

Essential requirements:

• Higher education;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the service sector;
• High level of English proficiency;
• Communicative level of Russian;
• Knowledge of computer office programs (MS Office);
• Knowledge of the general structure of the car;
• Category B driving license
