What will you do:

  • Administrating HR Documentation: Maintain employee records; 
  • Onboarding/Offboarding Process: Facilitate new hire onboarding processes, coordinating orientation and managing offboarding procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Support the HR team in responding to employee queries and addressing concerns.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Assist in the preparation of payroll 
  • HRIS Management: Update and maintain the HR Information System with employee records, attendance, and other relevant data.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and company policies together with Legal Department.
  • Reporting: Prepare HR reports and provide data analysis as needed, including absenteeism, turnover, Position changes and Trainings & Development. 
  • Policy Implementation: Support the implementation/improvement and communication of HR policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Facilitate in Teambuilding organization processes.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention: Work closely with the Human Capital team to support initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Assist in identifying areas of improvement and help implement strategies to foster a positive work environment.
What you’ll need to fulfill this role:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with HR software (HRIS) and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
