Onboarding/Offboarding Process: Facilitate new hire onboarding processes, coordinating orientation and managing offboarding procedures.
Employee Relations: Support the HR team in responding to employee queries and addressing concerns.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Assist in the preparation of payroll
HRIS Management: Update and maintain the HR Information System with employee records, attendance, and other relevant data.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and company policies together with Legal Department.
Reporting: Prepare HR reports and provide data analysis as needed, including absenteeism, turnover, Position changes and Trainings & Development.
Policy Implementation: Support the implementation/improvement and communication of HR policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Facilitate in Teambuilding organization processes.
Employee Engagement & Retention: Work closely with the Human Capital team to support initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Assist in identifying areas of improvement and help implement strategies to foster a positive work environment.
What you’ll need to fulfill this role:
1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with HR software (HRIS) and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
