"Sushi Room"-i announces a vacancy for the position of Chef.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for optimal management and descriptions of the kitchen;
• Protects the cleanliness, hygiene standards and safety/ HASP of the kitchen;
• Sets menus/ calculations;
• Supervises cooks/ assists where needed;
• Cooks and sets a personal example for employees;
• Ensures timely supply of the kitchen;
• Confirms the quality and variety of the supplied ingredients;
• Releases orders on time;
• Ensures the presentation of dishes at the highest level;
• Takes care of the innovations in the menu;
• Must accurately describe the rights and obligations of each kitchen employee (by position) and make a checklist for verification;
• Controls discipline in the kitchen;
• Conducts training for new employees;
• Controls all operations in the kitchen;
• Controls expenses in relation to calculations;
• Reports to the General Manager;
• Holds meetings for kitchen staff and gives instructions;
• Takes care of teambuilding;
• Has close communication with the service manager to optimize sales.

Compensation:

• 4000-5000 GEL (depending on experience)

• Experience in the position of Chef for 5-7 years;
• 8-10 years of experience in Asian cuisine;
• HASP certification and experience in its implementation in practice;
• Well-defined leadership qualities;
• Have good communication and teamwork skills;
• Knowledge of English is a must;
• Be organized, motivated, punctual, with a high sense of responsibility.
