ROOMS KAZBEGI is hiring a Mixologist

Key Responsibilities:

Taking orders and fulfilling guest requests
Knowledge of drink ingredients and preparation methods
Educating guests on daily specials
Processing payments
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar
Closing down the bar and ensuring its security
Escalating guest complaints to management

Required Skills:

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Professional education in the field is an advantage
Excellent communication skills in Georgian and English
Ability to work in a team
High sense of responsibility
Detail-oriented
