Requirements

• fluent Georgian
• fluency in English, Ukrainian, or Russian
• experience in a C-level position, or department manager
• experience working with data

Responsibilities

• Ensuring profitable functioning of the division in the territory of Georgia
• analysis of current indicators
• development, economic substantiation and implementation of development concepts
• Fulfillment of leading indicators
• preparation and elaboration of leading and lagging indicators for the company
• Organizing office operations, including:
• effective utilization of time frames
• efficient use of labor resources
• ensuring that the company is up and running
• Organizing services from counterparties at a reasonable price
• finding new contractors
• negotiating and obtaining better terms
• working with suppliers' prices
• cost optimization
