Hotel “Aphisha” is looking for team members who will create a pleasant atmosphere and unforgettable experience for guests in close cooperation with other hotel employees.

Hotel “Aphisha” offers guests 118 designer, retro-futuristic rooms, the interior of which combines several main spaces, including the first champagne bar-brasserie in the city, a wine room, and a rooftop restaurant with an open space.

At Hotel Aphisha, the Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the technical operations in the hotel to ensure the safe and proper functioning of electrical and mechanical installations of the systems.

Key responsibilities:

Monitoring and, if necessary, repairing existing electrical installations in the hotel;
Control of heating and ventilation systems;
Carrying out planned and unplanned preventive maintenance work;
Compliance with labor safety rules and conditions of operation of equipment;
Carrying out daily tasks by the supervisor;

Requirements:

Experience in a similar position;
Experience in working with heating and ventilation units and knowledge of operating rules.
Teamwork skills.

Work schedule: 12-hour shifts. 2 days/2 nights. 4 days off

It is desirable that, if necessary, in accordance with the additional compensation determined by the Labor Code and the internal regulations, the candidate be prepared to work on a flexible work schedule in the evening hours, on weekends, etc.
