Work location: Tbilisi, 8 Egnate Ninoshvili

Working hours: Full time

Main responsibilities:

• Check the list of guests and their requests every morning;
• Check the information left in the program at the beginning of each shift;
• Arrange the cleaning time of the rooms;
• Meet the guest politely; carry out the registration procedure in compliance with all the rules;
• Enter the existing and additional information about the guest into the program;
• Ensure the confidentiality of information about the guests;
• Ensure timely closure of invoices by guests;
• Prepare invoices for the departure list;
• Find ways to resolve the guest's complaint and check the status of the problem resolution as soon as possible;
• Ensure the guest's arrival and departure, in and out of the hotel.

Required skills:

• Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
• Fluent in Georgian and English;
• Ability to work in a team;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Detail-oriented.
