At Aphischa Hotel, the Bellboy is responsible for the warm welcome and farewell of the guests, creating a maximally friendly and pleasant atmosphere.

Main responsibilities:

• Control the universal key and maintain safety standards;

• Identify the guest's luggage, escort the guest to the room with his/her luggage and provide general information about the room;

• In case of group arrivals, quickly, timely and in an organized manner identify the luggage, collect it and deliver it to the destination;

• Establish close relationships with employees of other departments;

• Organize and manage luggage in the room; 

• Possess full information about the hotel, spaces, services;

• Know information about the sights located in the city;

• Maintain the standards existing at the facility: wear a neat uniform and have a name badge.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills;

• Time management skills; 

• Knowledge of English is required. 

It is desirable that, if necessary, in accordance with the Labor Code and Internal Regulations, the candidate be ready to work on a flexible work schedule in the evening hours, on weekends and etc.
