The company has been constantly expanding and strengthening new directions throughout its existence.

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person for the position of B2B Sales Manager in our growing team.

Function and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies;
  • Research potential customer needs, study and analyze competitors;
  • Identify market trends, identify new target groups;
  • Prospect corporate clients in the jewelry and accessories sector through various channels;
  • Conduct visits to potential customers in Tbilisi and the regions;
  • Prepare presentations/communication materials for initial communication with corporate clients;
  • Negotiate with customers and manage the process of concluding contracts;
  • Maintain databases of existing and potential customers;
  • Sales performance analytics, identification of deviations from the plan and appropriate response.
Key Skills:

  • Sales and negotiation skills;
  • Critical and analytical thinking skills;
  • Ability to plan work and prioritize;
  • Proactivity/initiative;
  • Detail orientation, organization and efficiency.
Key Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in B2B sales;
  • Experience in the jewelry industry is an advantage;
  • B category management certificate (desirable);
  • Knowledge of office programs;
  • Experience in the jewelry industry is an advantage;
Working days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 10:00 – 19:00
