Main responsibilities:

• Keeping records of kitchen inventory (pots, pans, plates, cups, etc.)
• Following instructions (emptying the trash, washing dishes, etc.)
• Knowing all detergents and the rules of their use;
• Proper use of dishwashing equipment;
• Control of the required amount of detergents;
• Maintaining cleanliness in the workplace;
