Main Responsibilities:

• Receive guest orders and ensure timely delivery;
• Ensure timely cleaning and removal of trays and dishes;
• Have excellent knowledge of menu items including food and beverage ingredients and provide recommendations when needed;
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area;
• Ensure proper communication between the kitchen, order takers, and service team members;
• Take into account guest comments and provide information to the appropriate department when necessary.

Required Skills:

• Working experience in a similar field will be considered an advantage;
• Education in the food and beverage field will be considered an advantage;
• Proficiency in English is a must;
• Ability to work in a team;
