Location: Tbilisi

Employment: Full time

Main responsibilities:

• Conduct daily property inspections and audits;
• Identify and eliminate the causes of violations identified during the audit process;
• Manage and enforce established security protocols and emergency procedures;
• Ensure that employees/visitors comply with internal rules and maintain a clean and safe environment for guests;
• Continuously monitor potential fire or evacuation hazards and be prepared to take necessary actions to maintain safety;
• Be responsible for the confidentiality of information received and generated in the course of work.
• Monitor cameras according to established standards;
• In case of violation of internal rules, draw up a short and accurate report. Provide the information to the immediate supervisor, including the following items: theft, any incident, accident, fire, etc.

Required skills:

• Experience in a similar position is an advantage;
• Ability to work in a team;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks;
• Attention to detail.
