The company "2 Steps" announces a vacancy for the position of Administrator in the direction of Business (Network) Development.

 

Job schedule: Full, 40 hours per week

Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00

Work location: Isani, Navtlugi Street #39/41

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Preparation of lease agreements, process management in coordination with the legal service and the financial department.
• Preparation of documents necessary for registration, monitoring of the progress of the process and, if necessary, appropriate response to successfully complete the registration process.
• Communication with tenants for the purpose of preparing documentation related to the area and/or other changes.
• Preparation of acceptance-transfer acts and documentation related to utility agreements.
• Monitoring in the register of executed contracts.
• Administration of sublease and service agreements.

 

Qualification requirements and skills:

• Higher education is required in the field of law
• MS Office knowledge is required
• Experience in working with contracts and documentation is required
• Detail orientation
• Information processing/analysis
