"A/C Accounting Company" announces a vacancy for the Chief Accountant position for client companies.
Working conditions:
Working conditions:
- Workplace - Tbilisi, 12a Kazbegi Ave., company office;
- Working hours - part-time (11:00-18:00) three days a week.
- Remuneration - 1500-1800 GEL (net of tax).
- Knowledge of tax legislation and International Financial Reporting Standards is required;
- At least 2 years of experience as a Chief Accountant;
- Knowledge of accounting software;
- Knowledge of office software.
Main functions and responsibilities:
- Accounting in accordance with current standards and legislation;
- Passing the trial balance, analyzing possible errors and ensuring the correct balances on all accounts;
- Closing the month, quarter and year in accordance with the deadlines existing in the company;
- Preparation of primary documentation, production and control of archiving;
- Identification and request of missing information and documents;
- Settlement with debtors and creditors;
- Preparation of information for monthly declarations, control of correctness and sending/submission to the Revenue Service, in accordance with the procedure established by law.
- Calculation of salaries and taxes, preparation/sending of declarations to the Pension Fund;
- Interaction with the Revenue Service and external auditors during the audit process;
- Implementation of other accounting activities, based on the needs of the company;
- Execution of other assignments of the Director and Financial Director;
- Compliance with the company's internal policies, procedures and instructions for communication with the client;
- Preparation and submission of forms requested by the Department of Statistics;
- Participation in the resolution of any issues on a company-wide scale in order to ensure solvency from a tax and financial accounting perspective;
- Control of the correctness of all balance sheet items;
- Minimization of the company's tax risks;
- Review and confirmation of any monetary transfers from a tax perspective;
- Protection of the company's interests in the event of a tax audit.
