Responsibilities:

• Preparing presentations for sales representatives, adhering to the existing deadlines and standards of the company;
• After agreeing on the insurance terms with the client, ensuring the preparation and execution of the contract;
• Control of the programmatic registration and confirmation of the contract in accordance with the existing internal standard of the company;
• Ensuring the contract renewal process;
• Providing service to insured persons and resolving their needs throughout the insurance period;
• Other tasks and responsibilities as requested.

Requirements:

• Higher  education/graduating student;
• Desirable speaking and writing skills in English and Russian;
• Ability to work with a computer and knowledge of office programs (MS Office);
• Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
