About the Hotel:

Bel Mare is a 39-room boutique hotel located in Old Batumi, close to the seaside strip. The hotel rooms offer unique views of the sea, mountains, and Old Batumi. Our mission is to provide our guests with exceptional service and an unforgettable holiday experience.

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager who will be responsible for increasing the hotel's revenue and attracting guests. The candidate should be a great communicator, organized, and have a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the hotel's sales strategy.
• Analyze the local market, identify new partners, and establish cooperation with them.
• Attract individual and corporate clients.
• Manage the hotel's sales on online platforms (OTAs) and social networks.
• Organize marketing campaigns to increase the hotel's visibility.
• Prepare and communicate the hotel's offers and promotions.
• Analyze sales results and report to management.
• Analyze guest feedback and take into account their needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing (experience in the hospitality sector is a plus).
• Fluent in Georgian and English. Knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Creative and strategic thinking.
• Knowledge of MS Office programs and working experience with online platforms (Booking, Expedia, etc.).
