Main Responsibilities:

• Impeccably execute orders issued by the Chef;
• Execute all orders to perfection in accordance with recipes;
• Actively participate in creating new recipes;
• Ensure all necessary ingredients are in stock to prepare dishes;
• Follow the rules of using inventory and instruments;
• Work with colleagues to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen;
• Monitor kitchen equipment and machinery;
• Manage supplies;
• Supervise shift staff to ensure seamless operation.
