Incoming tour company “Mimino in the Caucasus” is looking for a new team member for the position of Tour Manager Assistant.

Expectations from our new team member:

• We are not looking for experience, but for a strong desire to gain experience in the tourism industry!
• Fluent English is a must.
• Italian or Spanish would be ideal, but not a must. If you have an elementary or basic level of either of these languages, we will help you improve.
• Team player, modest, friendly, hardworking, open communication skills and initiative - these are the qualities that will connect us and ensure our long-term cooperation.

Selection stages:

• Introductory meeting with the selected applicants based on their resumes;
• Two-day orientation practice in our office for the applicants selected as a result of the meetings;
• Final meeting;
• Job offer;

Conditions:

• We will negotiate the salary together. We have an annual salary review practice.
