Coffee LAB * ყავის ლაბორატორია" is the first Georgian company that started producing Specialty coffee in Georgia since 2016. Today, the company imports more than 40 tons of green beans annually and roasts them locally, supplying both retail and B2B businesses.

Today, the company employs more than 150 people.

The brand unites 6 branches of different concepts in the retail sector, offering a bar menu, a kitchen menu, a bakery menu, as well as leading coffee equipment and accessories in the world. In the retail sector, it provides up to 400,000 services per year.

In the B2B sector, the company provides the best coffee beans, leading coffee equipment brands in the world, training, and service to more than 300 partners. The B2B sector of the Coffee Laboratory unites both leading coffee shops and restaurants and the corporate sector.

The company "Coffee LAB" is looking for a new team member for the following position: Waiter/Waitress.

Main responsibilities:

Taking customer orders and providing service in accordance with the service standards defined in the company;
Knowledge of the kitchen and bar menus, coffee beans, and equipment.
Maintaining cleanliness in the workspace.
Ensuring proper and effective communication between the kitchen, order taking, and service team members.
Taking into account comments from the guest and reacting accordingly if necessary.
Creating a pleasant and positive experience for guests during their visit to us;

Required skills and knowledge:

Work experience in a similar field will be considered an advantage;
Knowledge of English is required;
Ability to work in a team;
Excellent communication skills;
Detail-oriented;

Working conditions and benefits:

Working days: 4, 5 or 6 days a week;
Working hours: First shift 08:30-15:45; Second shift 15:45-23:00;
Place of work: Tbilisi, Lisi Lake.
