WeCharge is a rapidly growing Georgian technology company set to launch its operations in 2025, offering
innovative power bank sharing solutions across Georgia and several other countries worldwide.
Our mission is to provide seamless, accessible, and convenient mobile charging for people on the go. As we
expand our network globally, we are looking for a dynamic Sales and Partnership Manager to lead venue
partnerships and drive revenue growth, contributing to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand venue partnerships and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals and objectives.
- Leverage data insights to optimize sales approaches, monitor performance, and adjust tactics to meet targets.
- Provide continuous support and proactive engagement to existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration
and satisfaction.
Venue Prospecting & Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential venues for station placements.
- Ensure alignment with WeCharge’s target audience and strategic goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competition to find optimal locations for expansion, driving
company growth.
- Maintain close communication with existing venues to gather feedback and identify potential opportunities for
service expansion or upgrades.
Sales Presentations & Deal Management:
- Lead impactful presentations and meetings with potential venue partners, showcasing WeCharge’s value
proposition.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring accurate CRM tracking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with venue partners, ensuring proactive follow-up and attention to
detail.
Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong, ongoing relationships with venue managers, providing support and addressing
concerns as needed.
- Regularly follow up with venues to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the Technical Service Manager to ensure timely venue placements and installations.
- Collaborate with the Technical team to address potential issues or delays in new venue placements.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate logistics and installation schedules.
- Provide regular updates to management on venue placement status, challenges, and feedback.
- Monitor the success of station placements and collect feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine global sales strategies and continuously improve the
service offering.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and venue partners to address issues quickly and improve
service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in tech or B2B sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent in English with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools for tracking, reporting, and optimizing sales activities.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: Fixed + Bonus (dependent on the candidate & qualifications)
