Marco Polo Hotel Gudauri is a historic hotel built in 1988 that played a decisive role in the development of Gudauri as a ski and recreation resort.

The 123-room hotel operates all year round and additionally includes three high-category chalets. Marco Polo Hotel Gudauri houses the restaurant "Soliko", lobby and lounge bars, a SPA center with saunas and an indoor pool, as well as open and closed padel courts. The hotel also has an entertainment area with bowling, which is the only one in the region.

Workplace: Gudauri, Kazbegi Municipality (accommodation, meals and health insurance are provided by the company)

Working hours and schedule: Full time, 5 working days and 2 days off per week

Functions and responsibilities:

• Meet, greet and assist hotel guests
• Assist guests and staff with luggage and belongings throughout the hotel premises
• Ensure the safety and security of guest, staff or other related persons' property (luggage, belongings, etc.) during transportation and storage
• Inform guests about hotel services and facilities as required; assist guests in navigating and orienting themselves within the hotel premises
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the working area
• Provide additional items and inventory to guests and staff as required
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure the safety of staff, guests and any persons associated with the hotel
• Handle guest complaints and concerns effectively, escalate to other representatives of the reception department as required

• Comply with the company's hygiene, health and safety (including labor and fire safety) standards
