Role Objective:

Full-cycle monitoring of product quality and correct functioning, aiming to create a comfortable digital product for the user and the best possible experience. Supporting technological teams, fostering collaboration, culture, and work environment

Key Activities:

• Develop/implement strategy, guidelines, and documentation for in-depth and effective testing;
  
• Create detailed and structurally sound test cases/plans;
  
• Timely detection of defects, identification of causes, and reflection on the platform;
  
• Verification of implementation aspects before the product demo meeting and
  
• receiving a tested/retested product by the deadlines; 
  
• Monitoring untested material before transferring to the pre-prod environment and thoroughly checking the corrected defects to avoid regression; 
  
• Collaboration with technological teams and regular communication on the progress of the testing process, results, and risks, aiming to resolve issues promptly and check/improve product quality; 
  
• Managing and mentoring the QA team for the team's productive work, creating a healthy, developing work culture, and continuous support; 
  
• Correct and timely delegation of tasks to team members, managing workload to meet project deadlines and dynamics; 
  
• Preparing QA reports and sharing them with the immediate supervisor periodically;
  
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices to develop and improve existing work experiences.
  

       Competencies required for the role:

• Solid experience in quality assurance and software program testing (3-5 years)
  
• Experience working with test tools (e.g., JMeter, Jenkins, BrowserStack Automate, Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
  
• Experience in implementing quality assurance standards, documentation, best practices, and compliance requirements;
  
• Working with the Kanban method and test management tools (Jira, Asana, Trelo…)
  
• Experience;
  
•  Knowledge of defect (bug) tracking systems and programming languages for correct planning and implementation of testing;
  
• High level of English (C1/C2) knowledge;
  
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and logical thinking skills;
  
• Ability to mobilize quickly, navigate, and solve problems in critical situations;
  
• Leadership qualities: correct delegation of tasks and adherence to deadlines, ability to communicate and collaborate smoothly with technical and non-technical teams to establish business relationships;
  
• Focus on development and improvement, both for team members' growth and refinement of work processes;
  
• Initiative and ability to generate new ideas;
