Alta Ltd announces a vacancy for the position of Business Development Manager:
Responsibilities:
- Market research and analysis (analysis of local and international market trends);
- Participation in planning the target parameters of the product direction;
- Breaking down the target plans of the product direction in the direction of retail, wholesale and corporate sales by involving the necessary parties in the process;
- Forecasting and planning annual product purchases, taking into account target parameters and supplier terms;
- Coordination of setting minimum and maximum stock limits for the product direction, involving the necessary persons;
- Constant monitoring of existing stocks, and timely identification of purchase needs;
- Identification of excess and obsolete stocks and communication with the necessary persons about them;
- Determination of the range of product selling prices (by sales channels) in accordance with the defined principle/standard of pricing;
- Daily/weekly control of the sales results of the product group, comparison with plans and implementation of actions in response to deviations, as necessary, in agreement with authorized persons;
- Control of the product group's marginality in the current mode and initiation/implementation of response actions (eg price changes, promotions, etc.) by involving the necessary persons in the process;
- Participation in planning marketing promotions and campaigns in the product group (by sales channels), as necessary;
- Adjustment of procurement plans in accordance with the dynamics of sales and planned promotions in the current mode;
- Identification of high-demand, scarce stocks by communicating with brands and monitoring global technology market trends and initiation of reserve orders with management;
- Reporting on the results of the product direction with different periodicity, both with interested parties within the company and with international representatives of brands.
Main requirements:
- Higher education is desirable in the direction of business administration;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience in the field of technology is considered an advantage;
- High level of knowledge of office programs (MS Office);
- High level of knowledge of English.
