Geoexpert LLC announces a vacancy for the position of Construction Technical Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Higher engineering education.
• At least 10 years of professional work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Study and review of the contracted project documentation at the beginning of the construction.
• Supervision and monitoring of ongoing projects;
• Quality control of ongoing works, assessment of compliance with state standards and construction production technology;
• Control of compliance of construction and assembly works, used materials, structures and structures with the project;
• Control of compliance of the construction schedule and completed construction works with the terms of the contract;
• Verification of supporting documentation (including quality certificates) confirming the quality of materials, equipment and structures received and to be used by the contractor at the facility
• Keeping a daily journal
• If necessary, timely notification of the immediate supervisor about the occurrence of expected risks on ongoing projects (delay in construction, unsatisfactory work of the contractor);
• Participation in the preparation and approval of acts of hidden works;
