“Delight” is a conceptual lighting showroom that has been operating in the Georgian market since 2019. Our profile includes designer, architectural, and technical lighting, as well as furniture (fixtures, rosettes), and lighting accessories.

We are looking for a Sales Consultant at the “Delight” showroom

Main responsibilities:

Knowledge of customer service etiquette and full compliance with service quality standards;
Providing qualified assistance to customers in choosing products and making decisions;
Ensuring efficient and courteous service to customers;
Knowledge of the rules of working with cash registers;
Control of the amount of money in the cash register;
Thorough knowledge of the products presented in the showroom;
Checking requests by e-mail and forwarding them to the appropriate department;
Conducting an inventory once a month;
Replenishing products on the shelves in the showroom;
Planning the delivery of sold products in coordination with the logistics service;
Constant cooperation with the immediate supervisor to improve the quality of service, discuss existing problems, and exchange information in a timely manner.

Qualification requirements:

Knowledge of English and Russian at a conversational level;
Ability to speak Georgian fluently and with refinement.
