Location : Batumi

Employment period : Full

Compensation : 2000 GEL (fixed + bonus )

 

 

Qualification requirements :

• Professional and/or higher education ( technical directions)
• Minimum 2 years  work experience in  service center  in  the direction of home appliance repairs;
• Management certificate B ( mechanics )

 

Main responsibilities :

 

• Diagnostics of existing  products ( refrigerator, air conditioner , washing machine)         in service and performance of appropriate  repair work within predefined timeframes ;
• Providing additional  consultations to consumers  on product functions and characteristics;
• Visiting consumers in the regions, diagnosing and eliminating malfunctions of home appliances  ( refrigerator, air conditioner , washing machine  ... )  ;
• Discussing the results of regional visits with the immediate supervisor  and actively  participating in the processes of improving the quality of service;

 

 

 Additional skills :

•  High sense of responsibility
• Ability to manage time effectively
