We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our international team. This role focuses on the development of engineering training and educational programs for global clients in the oil & gas, green energy, offshore, and maritime sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maritime education with an engineering specialization.
• At least one completed contract onboard a vessel (any position).
• Fluent English skills – written, spoken, and technical.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency with digital tools and Microsoft Office.
