We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in driving our continued growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements for backend systems and customer-facing platforms;
• Work with developers to break down requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Analyze and document complex business workflows such as KYC, AML compliance, FX rate logic, transaction processing, reconciliation, etc;
• Identify gaps in current systems and suggest improvements that align with product and compliance objectives;
• Assist QA and tech teams during testing to ensure business logic is implemented correctly;
• Support release cycles by providing documentation and ensuring alignment across teams;
• Help maintain product and system documentation.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in fintech, banking, or money transfer/remittance companies;
• Solid understanding of how financial transactions and backend systems work;
• Experience working with engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment;
• Strong analytical skills — able to break down complex processes into logical flows;
• Effective communicator, capable of explaining technical topics to non-technical stakeholders (and vice versa);
• Experience in legacy systems;
• Ability to work under tight deadlines;
• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Postman, or similar;
• Bonus: knowledge of money transmission regulations (e.g., KYC, AML), FX handling, or digital wallets.
