As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an energetic and strategic leader to join us as Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities

• Lead Awork’s operations, ensuring smooth execution across product, sales, marketing, and customer success
• Drive growth and revenue in the Georgian market as the main short-term focus
• Support geographic expansion and product-market fit validation for new markets
• Build and manage high-performing teams, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence
• Oversee financial performance, operational KPIs, and decision-making based on data
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors on strategy and execution priorities
• Strengthen partnerships with clients, investors, and ecosystem stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with governance, legal, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset: adaptable, hands-on, and eager to take ownership
• Proven track record in driving business growth and revenue
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS, HRTech, or digital platforms
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent Awork publicly
