General Requirements:


  • Welcoming guests and introducing them to the spa services

  • Presenting the spa’s products and services to guests

  • Ensuring proactive promotion and sales of products

  • Handling internal and external phone calls and providing feedback to written correspondence 

  • Adhering to the established service standards within the spa

Skills: 


  • Foreign Languages: Fluent English. Additional language skills is a preference.

  • Sociable, Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills

  • Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

  • Related work experience in an International Environment (is a preference).
