What You’ll Do

• Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Clarify customer queries, determine the best solutions, and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
• Learn and maintain expert knowledge of our products, staying up-to-date with any changes.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently within a supportive team environment.
• Identify customer needs and concerns with care and professionalism.
• Coordinate your weekly schedule with teammates to ensure smooth operations.

You will enjoy this role if

• Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.

• Are eager to complete a two-week product training to set yourself up for success.
• Are open to working five shifts per week, including two mandatory night shifts.
